Where my cottage is - in beautiful Georgian Bay, Ontario - the sunrises are epic. The blues, oranges, yellows and pinks are indescribable.
It's impossible to compete with Nature's pallet, but I still wanted to create a piece that would make me happy and remind me of the delicious cocktail of colours that are served up in cottage country.
This piece is wet felted with very little needle felting applied after the piece was dry. Framed in black and on black mat, the piece is afforded the opportunity to stand out in a more dramatic fashion.
