Learn To Paint With Wool - An Introduction To Wet Felting Art (IN STUDIO)

I offer workshops in my lovely studio in St. Jacobs, Ontario. If you have never wet felted before and even if you are completely new to art, this workshop is for you! I promise you will fall in love with the beautiful colours and the uniqueness of this art form.

For those of you who live within driving distance of our fair village, you will enjoy a full day workshop in my studio learning the technique of wet felting and painting with wool! If you live a few hours away, make a weekend of it and take in everything there is to offer in this wonderful part of Ontario. We have several local hotels you would enjoy, 2 theatres, several lovely restaurants, and many shops and other experiences in arts and culture.

My workshops run 10 AM - 5 PM and are held on Saturdays. I provide a selection of several types of loose tea, fresh baked local scones, and fruit salad in the morning. At lunch I provide delicious paninis made by my great pal Terry of the Tasting House in St. Jacobs, along with salad, fresh baked goodies and more! And, of course, I provide all the wool and supplies you need to create a picture of your choice. I pride myself on offering a special day that allows you to escape and enjoy.

I limit my workshops to a maximum of 8 people which allows for a wonderfully friendly and learning-rich environment. 

You will leave my workshop with your own piece of wet felted, wool painted art based upon a photograph that appeals to you.
