Bored of doomscrolling on your phone? Make a tiny sketchbook your new playground!
This workshop will help you get started with exercises and tips on how to draw the world around you, or the world in your mind. You will receive a 4"x 5.5" sketchbook, waterproof pen, and some coloured pencils that you can easily take with you wherever you go.
Solidify travel memories, capture daily moments, doodle your way through meetings, and before you know it you'll have a one-of-a-kind book filled with random sketches of your life. We will begin this 2 hour workshop at Neruda Arts, with the option of continuing on at Block 3 Brewing for a friendly Drink and Draw session, where you can put to use some of the new skills you've acquired.
We would be remiss not to invite you to join our special event April 30. Tiny Art After Dark - A Night of Unexpected and Curiously Small Reveals is going to offer hi-jinx like no other. Don't miss coming to this or you will be so sad!
Details to Note:
- This workshop takes place at Neruda Arts in St. Jacobs. You will be sent an email 1 week prior to your workshop to share directions and parking instructions.
- Neruda Arts is wheelchair accessible (via elevator). Workshop attendees will have the option to continue on sketching at Block 3 Brewing at 9 PM. Please note that Block 3 is NOT wheelchair-accessible.
- This workshop is for people 12 years +.
- There are a maximum of 15 spaces in this workshop.
- All supplies are included in your workshop fee.
